1. The deadline for emailing the Nomination Form with uploads is June 2020. No entries will be accepted after 11.59 pm on 30 June 2020

2. This is an Online English singing competition for Soloists, Choirs, Bands & Instrumentalists. Parents need to also sign the form of children under 18 years of age.

3. Videos that are already recorded and published on the Internet aren’t permitted.

4. Once you have completed recording the song/s, filled the Nomination Form, make payment through the Online Payment Tab on the website & incase of any difficulty, get in touch.

5. In order to get quality entrants, we have placed a non-refundable Fee of Rs. 500 /- Per Song entered, which will be used to promote your entry through an advertisement printed in a directory to be published.

6. The Nomination Form must be emailed duly complete and signed, with Uploads, Payment details and Photograph (full post-card size) attached. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.

7. There are 2 Categories for prizes: 1) Christian Songs 2) Clean Secular Songs and from each of these 2 category, 3 Male and 3 Female singers will selected from 6 age groups as Winners and Runner-Ups

8. Readily available karaoke / minus tracks aren’t permitted to be used from the internet. One will have to use their own instruments. (Instruments may be played by another person/s if required but the prize will be allotted to the singer.)

9. A Minimum 1 Christian Song is compulsory, you may additionally choose 2 more and/or also contest in the Clean Secular Songs category with 1 or more songs. So the maximum songs are 6 per singer in both categories.

10. A singer can win Maximum of 2 Prizes. Awards will be increased as city / state winners are being planned additionally, depending on the response. Decisions regarding increase or reduction of prizes is at the discretion of the Organizer.

11. For the competition, you can upload up to 3 songs in each of the above 2 category. Preference will be given to the 1st song uploaded in any category. The other two songs, if entered are also eligible separately for prizes with all who other 2nd Choice and 3rd Choice entrants, depending on the response.

12. To encourage witnessing and evangelization, apart from popularizing the singer, we have a third category – MOST POPULAR ONLINE VIDEO – for the Top 3 videos solely based on the number of likes, views & shares. All 10ou need to do to qualify for these prizes is to send out the link of your song/s that we send you.

13. The song video must be provided mp4 format with resolution of 720p and above. The duration of the video must be up to 7 minutes, not more. Then upload the same on Google Drive and share the file. Go to ADVANCED settings and make share setting to PUBLIC so the judges can view it. Then email the links of all the song/s to divine.cmd@gmail.com along with the form giving complete details.

14. Those also singing Clean Secular Song/s, kindly note the idea is to promote socio-Christian music or songs that promote love or values, morals, human interest, story-telling, etc. These songs can be to a loved one, life-situation, sentimental, country, parents, friends, story, rock, pop, etc. Any Obscenity / Vulgarity / Profanity / Violent songs or lyrics will disqualify it and will not be accepted. In all matters, the decision of the organizers is final and binding.

15. The file that you upload should have the same name as the song and each song should be uploaded separately. No requests for changing the file/s once submitted will be entertained. If selected, the video will be uploaded on the official YouTube Channel & you will receive a link and registration number which can be used for further correspondence as necessary.

16. These Rules & Regulations may be amended as desired by the Organizer.
